UCI Music AUDITIONS: Piano

Auditions are REQUIRED for all applicants, including freshman and transfer students who apply to UCI with Music as either a preferred or alternate choice major, and current UCI students seeking to add Music as a major.

Auditions take place on the 3^rd and 4^th weekends in January of each year for fall term admission consideration.

Schedule your audition during November 3 – December 31 for enrollment consideration into UCI’s upcoming fall term.

• Example: Apply to UC Irvine during the November filing period, schedule your audition between November 3 – December 31, then attend your audition in January.

Self-service scheduling allows you to see all available audition time slots in real time, provides immediate confirmation, and allows you to change or cancel your appointment, if necessary.

No audition slots available? Email the Music department at music@uci.edu for assistance.

Unable to attend? Request permission to submit a recorded audition by emailing music@uci.edu with  your NAME, INSTRUMENT and REASON WHY YOU CAN’T ATTEND.  If approved, we’ll reply with instructions.
