    • Please complete all information requested below. All required fields will need to be filled out for your registration to attend the field trip.
    • You MUST be part of Class of 2025, Class of 2026, Class of 2027 or Class of 2028.
    • You MUST be an EAOP student at an EAOP school site to participate. If you are not currently an EAOP student, sign up today!

    Bus Pick Up Location
    Student MUST ride the bus to attend. Bus pickup time will range between 7:00am-7:30am, dependent upon location.  Return drop-off will be between 5:00pm-6:00pm. Students will be asked to notify parents/guardian of estimated return time once on the bus.
